To return or exchange a gemstones or jewelry item to gemjewel, follow as below:
1. Email to sales@gemjewel.com or Login to your account and go to the Return Items section and enter the details for your return item(s) and the reason for your return
2. We would email you the address and other details to follow for the return shipment.
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive e-mail
notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs
of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return You will be
responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery
method that requires a signature upon delivery
Return items satisfying all the above mentioned, your refund will processed immediately. You will have to bear the
shipment charges only. And in any case the return was due to our fault we will bear all shipping cost.
